Dhavani is the Head of Group Colleague Health and Wellbeing at Tesco and is responsible for the Group wellbeing framework and strategy across all Tesco Group. Dhavani started her career in Human Resources specifically in the areas of business partnering, change and project management both at Tesco and Heathrow Airport. Dhavani has a background in psychology and occupational psychology has a passion for all things wellbeing, qualified as a yoga teacher and continuing her journey studying in holistic health and nutrition.
