Jo has over 20 years of retail experience from fashion and leisure to the oil industry therefore offering diversity both in thought and experience. Strong leadership skills displaying a high level of emotional intelligence and strategic thought. Jo is customer obsessed in order to deliver business excellence.

Jo joined bp in 2014 to lead the UK retail operations business before taking on the BA role in the downstream office. A strategic partnership role within bp pulse followed by a return to M&C in her current role.
